In view of this new reality, with the mass arrival of new technologies, dealers and sales staff are changing their approach to the way they sell their products. ?Today's customer is completely different from a few years ago. Previously when going to a dealership they asked questions about all the technical features of a car; today in contrast they already know all this beforehand, and are much more demanding?, says Víctor García, Head of Product Training at SEAT. And not only that - the potential buyer is equipped with a formidable array of information about the competition, discounts offered by each and every one of the dealers and all sorts of additional details.
