Yamaha's Yard built initiative has been facilitating some really great builds since it's inception. The XJR1300 'Monkeefist' by Wrenchmonkees, SR400 ?Lightening' by Deus, XV950 'Pure Sports' by Low Ride, and Greg Hageman's Yamaha Bolt Scrambler (as featured in Issue ELEVEN) are all some pretty killer examples of what happens when a manufacturer hands over the creative keys to some talented builders. It shines a light on the unique potential within Yamaha's modern motorcycle line.
